"Wished Delivered" was designed to drive up public perception of the brand. We asked the client for real letters from consumers both happy and unhappy then mined those for the right stories to launch the platform. When we read Carson's story, we knew we had what we needed. I believe we told him we were filming something for his aunt’s birthday. Most of us spend the day hiding outside. The rest is internet history.
